color:black'>Vandaag hebben Gedeputeerde Staten Belvoir 3 vastgesteld. Het cultuurhistorisch beleid voor de komende vier jaar. Belvoir3 levert geen koerswijziging op ten opzichte van 1 en 2. Het adagium blijft: behoud door ontwikkeling. De provincie investeert jaarlijks ruimt 4,2 miljoen euro in cultuurhistorie. Onderdeel van Belvoir 3 is een voorstel voor een interim beleidskader voor archeologie. Provinciale Staten doen naar verwachting in april een uitspraak over Belvoir3. <o:p></o:p></span></b></p> <p class=Style0><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-family:Arial; color:black'><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></b></p> <p class=Style0><b><span style='font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-family:Arial; color:black'>Iedere regio eigen identiteit<o:p></o:p></span></b></p> <p class=Style0><span style='font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-family:Arial; color:black'>Kenmerkend voor het cultuurhistorisch beleid van de provincie zijn de tien DNA gebieden.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Het zijn delen van Gelderland die onderling samenhang vertonen qua (cultuurhistorische) identiteit. De provincie wil de cultuurhistorische waarden zoals monumenten, landschap en archeologie in deze gebieden ontwikkelen en versterken. Bijvoorbeeld de Achterhoek, Veluwe en Rivierenland. Ieder DNA gebied heeft een eigen thema. Voor Rivierenland is dat bijvoorbeeld<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span> gevecht tegen en leven met het water . De gemeenten krijgen hierin een grotere taak en verantwoordelijkheid. De provincie moet aangeven waar het provinciaal belang ligt. Bij de gebiedsontwikkeling moet archeologie beter worden ingebed. De provincie heeft nu een interim beleidskader ontwikkeld waarin het provinciaal archeologisch belang is aangegeven. De inhoud van dit beleidskader wil de provincie de komende twee jaar met gemeenten bespreken. Behoud en ontwikkeling van het religieus erfgoed, mobiel erfgoed en verbetering van kennis en kunde in de restauratiebouw. Daarvoor zijn vergaande initiatieven voor een erkenningscertificaat en een vakopleiding restauratiebouw.
